CrfY OF REDWOOD CITY; REL1\.'fING, TO 'nIE IMPOSITION OF LOCAL TAXES THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOV;S: SECTION l. section 32.107 of the Code of the City of Redwood Ci t.y is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 32.107 All license taxes due hereunder shall be paid in advance, i~ the lawful money of the united States of America, at the office of the city Collector of the,city of Redwood city. All license taxes due hereunder shall be due and payable, and delinquent, as follows: "(a) Daily LiceT?.~~ Due on its effective date and deliquent at 5:00 01 clock p.m. of the due date. II (b) Monthly License. Due on the first day of each month for which the license is sought and delinquent on the tenth day of the month in which the license is due. "(c) Qunrte,rly License. Due on the first day of January, l>.p:r:il, Ju 11' and october, and delinquent at 5:00 o'clock p.m. on the 20th day of the first month in which the license is due. .1 (d) Semi-annual License. Due on the first day of January and July and delinquent at 5:00 o'clock p~m. on the final day of the first month in which the license is due. "(e) Annual License. Due on the first day of July and delinquent at 5:00 olclock p.m. on July 31st: provided, however, that the annual license tax due on the business of managing and operating apartment houses shall be due and payable on the first day of January, and shall be delinquent at 5:00 o'clock p.m. on January 31; and, further provided that a prorated portion of the annual license tax due on tlH:> business of managing or operating apartment, houses, for the year 1973, only, shall be due and payable on the first day of the month immediCi tely fo11o'ding the effective date hereof and shall become delinquent 60 days thereafter ." ~ SECTI0N 2. section 32.109 of t:he Code of the City of Redwood cit:y is hereby amended to read as follows: ..
