<br />~?E~ii.. 5. section 32.17G is hereby udded to the Code of <br /> <br />the city of Redwood city, to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 32.176 Every person engaged in the business <br /> <br />of conducting, managing or 6perat~ng an apartment house <br />consisting of a building or buildings in the same ownership, <br /> <br />constructed upon one parcel or upon adjoining parcels of land, <br /> <br />and comprised of three or more units per building, shall <br /> <br />pay an annual license tax computed as follows: <br /> <br />"Three to five units, Fifteen Dollars ($l5.0Q): <br /> <br />"Over five units,'Three Dollars ($3.00 per unit to <br />a maximum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00): <br />..... <br /> <br />. -..: <br /> <br />provided, however, that the owner of such building or <br /> <br />buildings shall be exempt from any tax otherwise <br /> <br />required to be paid unde~ the provisions of this section <br />for any unit occupied by .'s'aid owner as his residence." <br /> <br />SECTION 6.
