(a) Section 2.41.2 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood city is hereby repealed. <br />(b) All unexpended unencumbered monies remaining in the <br />Sales Tax Capital Expenditure Fund upon the effective date of <br />this ordinance, the disposition of which is not otherwise provided <br />for, are hereby ordered appropriated and transferred from the <br />Sales Tax Capital Expenditure Fund to the General Fund. <br />SECTION 5. All ordinances or portions thereof heretofore <br />adopted and in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance <br />are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />SECTION 6.
