IS-09 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $3,950 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SEWER FUND TO PROVIDE FOR PARTICIPATION <br />BY REDWOOD CITY IN PROPOSED SAN MATEO COUNTY WATER <br />QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />The sum of three thousand nine hundred fifty <br /> <br />dollars ($3,950) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br /> <br />unbudgeted balance of the Sewer Fund to provide for the pro <br /> <br />rata participation of the City of Redwood City in that certain <br /> <br />Water Quality Management Program proposed by the Water Quality <br /> <br />Control Advisory Committee of the County of San Mateo. Said <br /> <br />sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, <br /> <br />1971-June 30, 1972, and shall be in addition to all sums <br /> <br />appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, <br /> <br />1971-June 30, 1972. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
