The sum of $59,000 is hereby appropriated from <br /> <br />the unappropriated balance of the budgeted reserves of the <br /> <br />equipment replacement fund, and the,sum of $73,000 is hereby <br /> <br />appropriated from the unappropriated unbudgeted balance of the <br /> <br />equipment replacement fund, both of said sums being appropriated <br /> <br />to the appropriation for equipment replacement services. Said <br /> <br />sums shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1971 <br /> <br />- June 30, 1972, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated <br /> <br />for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1971 - June 30, <br /> <br />1972. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
