REPEAL. All ordinances or parts ,of ordinances in <br /> <br /> <br />conflict with this ordinance are nereby repealed. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 7. SEVER1'.BILITY. If any section, sentence, clause <br /> <br /> <br />or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by a court of <br /> <br /> <br />competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect <br /> <br /> <br />the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, and the <br /> <br /> <br />city council hereby declares that it would have adopted said ordi- <br /> <br /> <br />nance and each section, sentence, clause and phrase thereof, irre- <br /> <br />spective of the fact that anyone or more section, sentence, clause <br /> <br />or phrase be declared invalid. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 8. TRANStHTTAL TO COUN'rY _ The city Clerk is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />directed to transmit certified copies of this ordinance to the <br /> <br /> <br />Auditor of the County of San Mateo in accordance with section 51551 <br /> <br /> <br />of the Government Code and to such other County officials as may <br /> <br /> <br />find it convenient or necessary to utilize this ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 9.
