SECTION 6. DISPOSITION OF UNEXPENDED UNENCUMBERED MONEYS IN FUNDS AT CLOSE OF FISCAL YEAR. All unexpended unencumbered moneys remaining in any fund or account of the City of Redwood position of which is not otherwise provided for in the abovementioned I ft . SECTION 7. AMENDED DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS COLLECTED UNDER ARTICLE I, CHAPTER 32, CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY. (a) The sum of Twenty-four Thousand Twenty-nine and no/100 Dollars ($24,029) is hereby ordered transferred from the appropriation for community promotion activities to the appropriation for other non-departmental expenses, for expendi- ture during the fiscal year July 1, 1971-June 30, 1972. To the extent provided herein, this paragraph (a) shall be~deemed to be an amendment of Section 32.8(a} of the Code of the City of Redwood City for the fiscal year July 1, 1971-June 30, 1972 only. (b) The sum of Five Hundred Thirty-two Thousand Three Hundred Three and no/lOO Dollars ($532,303) is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund to the General Fund for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1971-June 30, 1972. To the extent provided herein, this para- graph (b) shall be deemed to be an amendment of Section 32.8(b} of the Code of the City of Redwood City for the fiscal year July 1, 1971-June 30, 1972 only.
