<br />DES.ek 5/13/71 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />.!I4Y .24 '71 <br /> <br />O,BD.!..NAliCE <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />/1-9:lJ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $9,495 FROM UNBUDGETED UN- <br />APPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE SEWER FUND, AND APPRO- <br />PRIATING $3,150 FROM THE UNBUDGETED UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF THE WATER FUND TO PROVIDE FOR PAYMENT <br />OF PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON GENERAL IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 1-64, 1964 FACILITIES BONDS <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of nine thousand four hundred ninety- <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />five dollars ($9,495) is hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted <br /> <br />unappropriated balance of the Sewer Fund, and the sum of three <br /> <br />thousand one hundred fifty dollars ($3,150) is hereby appropriated <br /> <br />from the unbudgeted unappropriated balance of the Water Fund, <br /> <br />both of said sums being appropriated for the purpose of providing <br /> <br />for making payments of principal and interest as they become <br /> <br />due on General Improvement District No. 1-64, 1964 Facilities <br />Bonds. Said sums shall be for expenditure during the fiscal <br />year July 1.1970-June 30, 1971, and shall be in addition to all <br />sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year <br /> <br />July 1, 1970-June 30, 1971. <br />SECTION 2.
