The Chief of Police in his discretion may <br /> <br />waive the requirements of this subparagraph (j). <br /> <br />" (k) <br /> <br />Such other information as the Chief of police <br /> <br />shall deem reasonably necessary and appropriate for a <br /> <br />determination of whether an identification permit should <br /> <br />be issued pursuant to this article." <br /> <br />SECTION 3. section 28.4.1 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />city is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 28.4.1 <br /> <br />Every application for an identification <br /> <br />permit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable processing <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />T- <br />
