<br />peddler conducts or proposes to conduct business must be <br /> <br />produced for examination. <br /> <br />"In addition to the above mentioned identification <br /> <br />permit, each solicitor or peddler shall wear an identifica- <br /> <br />tion badge which shall be worn on the outside clothing so <br /> <br />as to be readily visible at all times while conducting the <br /> <br />business or occupation of solicitor or peddler. Such <br /> <br />identification badge shall be supplied by the police <br /> <br />Department and issued at the time of issuance of the <br /> <br />identification permit." <br /> <br />SECTION 8. section 28.11 of the Code of the city of Redwood <br /> <br />city is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"section 28.11 <br /> <br />Identification permits to engage in <br /> <br />the business of solicitor or peddler issued under the <br /> <br />provisions of this article may be revoked by the Chief of <br /> <br />police for any of the following reasons: <br /> <br />"(a) Fraud, misrepresentation or false statements <br />contained in the application for the identification permit. <br />': <br /> <br />._f' <br /> <br />II (b) Fraud, misrepresentation or false statements <br /> <br />made in the course of carrying on the business of peddling <br /> <br />or so~~citing. <br />"(c) Conviction of any crime or misdemeanor involving <br /> <br />moral turpitude. <br /> <br />" (d) conducting the business of peddling or soliciting <br /> <br />in an unlawful manner, or in such a manner as to constitute <br /> <br />a breach of the peace and to constitute a menace of the <br /> <br />health, safety or morals or general welfare of the public. <br />"(e) Any violation of this articl~ or of Chapter 32 <br />or other ordinances of the City~~ <br /> <br />SECTION 9.
