<br />Treasurer, Parking Facilities Activity, to provide for the paYment <br />of salaries, and the sum of seventeen dollars ($17) is hereby <br />appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the Central <br />Business District Meter" Revenue Fund to the appropriation for <br />other employee costs of the Department of the City Treasurer, <br />Parking Facilities Activity, to provide for City's contribution <br />to the employees' retirement plan. Said.sums shall be for <br />expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1970-June 30, 1971, <br />and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such <br />purposes during the fiscal year July I, 1970-June 30, 1971. <br />SECTION 7.
