<br />DES.ek 12/8/70 <br /> <br />DRIGINAL <br /> <br />ORD.!.NANCE <br /> <br />N o. 1~91 <br /> <br />fEE! 1 '" <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $10,000 FROM <br />UNBUDGETED UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF SEWER FUND TO <br />PROVIDE FOR PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES AND OTHER SERVICES <br />IN AMOUNT OF $4,000, AND PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION <br />OF EQUIPMENT IN AMOUNT OF $6,000, FOR DEPARTMENT OF <br />PUBLIC WORKS, RELATING TO SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) <br /> <br />is hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted unappropriated <br /> <br />balance of the Sewer Fund to provide for the following: <br /> <br />(a) The sum of four thousand dollars ($4,000) <br />for the purchase of supplies and other <br />services, for the Department of Public <br />Works, relating to the sewage treatment <br />plant. <br /> <br />(b) The sum of six thousand dollars ($6,000) <br />for the purchase and installation of equipment, <br />for the Department of Public Works, relating <br />to the sewage treatment plant. <br /> <br />Said sums shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year <br /> <br />July 1, 1970-June 30, 1971, and shall be in addition to all <br /> <br />sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year <br /> <br />July 1, 1970-June 30, 1971. <br />SECTION 2.
