Section 9.22.1 is hereby added to the Code of <br />the City of Redwood city to read as follows: <br /> <br />The provisions of this article shall <br /> <br />"Section 9.22.1 <br /> <br />not apply to factory-built housing constructed under the <br /> <br />provisions of the California Factory-Built Housing Law." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
