<br />days from the date of the decision of the Chief of the <br /> <br />F ire Department or the F ire Harsha 1. The decision of the <br /> <br />Council on such appeal shall be final. <br /> <br />"Section 12.27 <br /> <br />The City Manager, Chief of the Fire <br /> <br />Department and the Fire Marshal shall act as a committee to <br /> <br />determine and specify, after giving affected persons an <br /> <br />opportunity to be heard, any new materials, processes or <br /> <br />occupancies, which shall require permits, in addition to <br /> <br />those now enumerated in the Fire Code. <br /> <br />"Section 12.28 <br /> <br />Any person who shall violate any of <br /> <br />the provisions of the Fire Code adopted by section 12.7 and <br /> <br />as amended by this article, or fail to comply with any order, <br /> <br />llcense, or permit made or issued e1ercunder, or who shall <br /> <br />build'in violation of any detailed statement of specifications <br /> <br />or plans submi tb.::d and approved tl1ereunder or any certif ica te <br /> <br />or permit issued the;reunder and from \vhich no appeal has been <br /> <br />taken, or who shall fail to comply with such an order, license, <br /> <br />or permit as affirmed or mod if ied by the Councilor by a <br /> <br />court of competent jurisdiction within the time fixed therein, <br /> <br />shall, severally, for each and every such violation and non- <br /> <br />compliance respectively, be guilty of a misdemeanor and <br /> <br />punishable by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars <br /> <br />($500.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period <br /> <br />not to exceed six months or by both such fine and imprison- <br /> <br />mente The imposition of anyone penalty for any violation <br /> <br />shall not excuse the'violation or permit it to continue. <br /> <br />Each and every day a violation shall continue shall be <br /> <br />deemed to be a separate violation." <br /> <br />SECTION 3. All former ordD1ances or parts thereof conflicting <br /> <br />or inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance or of the <br /> <br />-24- <br />
