NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Exhibits "A -L," revised as of 2002, copies of which are attached hereto, <br />are hereby approved and by this reference made a part of the Conflict of Interest <br />Code of the City of Redwood City as the appendix thereto. <br />2.
