remaining at the close of the fiscal year, June 30, 1970, in all funds or accounts of the city of Redwood city, except such moneys remaining in the Indemnity Fund, are hereby appropriated, allocated, transferred and ordered carried over to the same funds or accounts for the fiscal year July 1, 1970-June 30, 1971. The unexpende~ unencumbered moneys remaining in the Indemnity Fund of the City of Redwood city at the close of the fiscal year, June 30, 1970, are hereby ordered transferred to the GenerRl Fund of the city of Redwood ~ity for the fiscal year July 1, 1970- June 30, 1971. SECTION 7. AMENDED DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS COLLECTED UNDER ARTICLE I, CHAPTER 32, CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY. (a) The sum of Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Ten Dollars ($20,910) is hereby ordered transferred from the appropriation for community promotion activities to the appropriation for other non-departmental expenses, for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1970-June 30, 1971. To the extent provided herein, this paragraph (a) shall be deemed to be an amendment of Section 32.8(a) of the Code of the city of Redwood city for the fiscal year July 1, 1970-June 30, 1971 only. (b) The sum of One Hundred Eighty-one Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($181,800) is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Sales Tax Capital outlay Fund to the General Fund for expendi- ture during the fiscal year July 1, 1970-June 30, 1971. To the extent provided herein, this paragraph (b) shall be deemed to be an amendment of Section 32.8(b} of the Code of the City of Redwood City for the fiscal year July 1, 1970-June 30, 1971 only. (c) The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Sales Tax capital Outlay Fund to the Municipal Transit Fund for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1970-June 30, 1971.
