SECTION 9. Pursuant to Section 11.45(e) of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the following facilities may be maintained above-ground: transformers, pedestal-mounted service terminals, above-grade splice boxes, and all existing overhead high power transmissions from St. Francis Street to Valota Road. SECTION 10.
