<br />DES:em 12/5/69 <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />I till / <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 27 AND 29 OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 1382, THE SALARY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, RELATING TO THE POSITION OF DEPUTY CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 27 of Ordinance No. 1382, entitled <br /> <br />"An Ordinance Establishing Salaries for Employees of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City; and, Repealing Ordinance No. 1286," adopted <br /> <br />December 16, 1968, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 27. Employees appointed to positions <br /> <br />in the following classification shall receive <br /> <br />a monthly salary within salary range 52 as <br /> <br />established by Section 1: <br /> <br />Police Lieutenant " <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Section 29 of Ordinance No. 1382, entitled <br /> <br />as aforesaid, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 29. Employees appointed to positions in <br /> <br />the following classifications shall receive a <br /> <br />monthly salary within salary range 54 as established <br /> <br />by Section 1: <br /> <br />Civil Engineering Associate <br />Deputy City Attorney " <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
