NAN C E. <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1'1,/0 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF BUDGETED RESERVES OF GENERAL FUND TO PROVIDE <br />FOR PAYMENT OF SALARIES FOR DEPARTMENT OF CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of seven thousand dollars ($7,000) is <br /> <br />hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the <br /> <br />budgeted reserves of the General Fund for the purpose of <br /> <br />providing for the payment of salaries for the Department of <br /> <br />the City Attorney. Said sum shall be for expenditure during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970, and shall be in <br /> <br />addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days <br /> <br />after its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />~~, ; <br /> <br />T <br />
