<br />DES.ek 10/9/69 <br /> <br />ORJGINI\l <br /> <br />0C1 ~.'il .~ <br /> <br />ORD1..NANCE <br /> <br />N~ <br /> <br />I";'.jt <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $30,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />TO PROVIDE FOR LIGHTING AND TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS <br />AT DESIGNATED INTERSECTIONS wITH WOODSIDE ROAD <br />(STATE HIGHWAY 114) <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) <br /> <br />is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of <br /> <br />the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund for the purpose <br /> <br />of providing for the installation of highway lighting and <br /> <br />traffic control signals at the intersections of Woodside <br /> <br />Road with Hudson Street, Central Avenue, and Nimitz Avenue- <br /> <br />Valota Road, to constitute a portion of the City's contribution <br /> <br />towards the cost of Woodside Road (State Highway 114) improve- <br /> <br />ments currently being constructed by the State of California. <br /> <br />Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year <br /> <br />July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970, and shall be in addition to all <br /> <br />sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year <br /> <br />July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
