<br />City falling due and becoming payable during said fiscal <br />year, and for deposit in the Series 1951-A Redemption Fund <br />of said City, and the special tax rate therefor, is hereby <br />levied and fixed at $0.0035 on each One Hundred Dollars of the <br />assessed value of all taxable property within the territorial <br />limits of the City of Redwood city as said limits existed on <br />the first Monday of March, 1969, excepting and excluding all <br />property situated within the limits of the following annexed <br />territories: Leslie Annexation No.1, annexed to said city <br />by Ordinance No. 939 on August 14, 1959; Leslie Annexation <br />No.2, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 940 on August <br />14, 1959~ Leslie Annexation No.3, annexed to said city by <br />Ordinance No. 941 on August 14, 1959; Edgewood Hills Annexation, <br />annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 1245 on July 7, 1966; <br />Sequoia Hospital Annexation, annexed to said City by Resolution <br />No. 5321 on March 29, 1967~ canyon Road Annexation No.1, <br />annexed to said city by Ordinance No. 1271 on October 28, 1966; <br />Toyon Annexation, annexed to said city by Ordinance No. 1261 <br />on September 12, 1966; and piombo Annexation, annexed to said <br />City by Ordinance No. 1213 on October 22, 1965. <br />(e) Four Thousand Six Hundred Fourteen and 00/100 <br />Dollars ($4,6l4) for payment of principal of and interest on <br />Municipal Improvement Bonds of 1951, Series "B", of said City <br />falling due and becoming payable during said fiscal year, and <br />for deposit in the Series 1951-B Redemption Fund of said City, <br />and the special tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed <br />at $0.0035 on each One Hundred Dollars of assessed value of all <br />taxable property within the territorial limits of the City of <br />Redwood city as said limits existed on the first Monday of March, <br />1969, excepting and excluding all property situated within the <br />limits of the following annexed territories: Leslie Annexation <br />No.1, annexed to said city by Ordinance No. 939 on August l4,1959~ <br /> <br />-3- <br />
