"~l- <br />l~~\~\;i t.,~ <br /> <br />SEr 3 <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1J.;l..O <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $21,225.00 FROM UNBUDGETED UN- <br />APPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE SEWER FUND, AND APPROPRIATING <br />$25,271.00 FROM THE UNBUDGETED UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF <br />THE WATER FUND TO PROVIDE FOR PAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL AND <br />INTEREST ON GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64, 1964 <br />FACILITIES BONDS <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of Twenty-one Thousand Two Hundred <br /> <br />Twenty-five and 00/100 Dollars ($21,225.00) is hereby appropriated <br /> <br />from the unbudgeted unappropriated balance of the Sewer Fund, <br /> <br />and the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-one and <br /> <br />00/100 Dollars ($25,271.00) is hereby appropriated from the un- <br />budgeted unappropriated balance of the Water Fund, both of said <br /> <br />sums being appropriated for the purpose of providing for making <br /> <br />payments of principal and interest as they become due on General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, 1964 Facilities Bonds. Said sums <br /> <br />shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1969- <br /> <br />June 30, 1970, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated <br />for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, <br /> <br />1970. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
