<br />JHT:em 8/18/69 <br /> <br />\ <br />-I <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />(Cj1r <br /> <br />2Ci 'f~C <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $8,900 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND TO PROVIDE <br />FOR COMFORT STATIONS AND RESTROOMS AT THE ANDREW <br />S PINAS PARK <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of eight thousand nine hundred dollars <br /> <br />($8,900) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the Sales Tax capital Outlay Fund to provide for the purchase <br /> <br />and erection of comfort stations and restrooms at the Andrew <br /> <br />Spinas Park at Second Avenue and Bay Road. Said sum shall be for <br /> <br />expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970, <br /> <br />and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such <br /> <br />purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
