<br />DES.ek 7/28/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AUG 4 -fi <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />N O. /{ I )... <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20,000 FROM UNBUDGETED <br />UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE SEWER FUND TO PROVIDE <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER AND RELATED <br />FACILITIES IN CONNECTION WITH CERTAIN ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) <br /> <br />is hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted unappropriated <br /> <br />balance of the Sewer Fund to provide for the City's pro-rata <br /> <br />sharing of costs of construction of sanitary sewer and related <br /> <br />facilities pursuant to those certain assessment district <br /> <br />proceedings entitled "Oak KnOll-Canyon Lane and Vicinity <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement District." Said sum, or any portion <br /> <br />thereof, may be expended only in the event the City acquires <br /> <br />real property within such district which will be benefited <br /> <br />by such sewer improvements, and then only to the extent that <br /> <br />such improvements are constructed which benefit such City- <br /> <br />owned property. Said sum shall be for expenditure during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970, and shall be <br /> <br />in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
