<br />remaining at the close of the fiscal year, June 30, 1969, in <br /> <br /> <br />all funds or accounts of the City of Redwood City, except such <br /> <br /> <br />moneys remaining in the Indemnity Fund, are hereby appropriated, <br /> <br /> <br />allocated, transferred and ordered carried over to the same funds <br /> <br /> <br />or accounts for the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. The <br /> <br /> <br />unexpended unencumbered moneys remaining in the Indemnity Fund <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City at the close of the fiscal year, <br /> <br /> <br />June 30, 1969, are hereby ordered transferred to the General Fund <br /> <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City for the fiscal year July 1, 1969- <br />June 30, 1970. <br />The sum of 1wenty-five Thousand and 00/100 ($25,000.00) <br />Dollars is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Sales Tax <br />Capital outlay Fund to the Municipal Transit Fund for expenditure <br />during the fiscal year, July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. The provisions <br />of this paragraph of this Section 6 shall be deemed to be an <br />amendment of Section 32.8 of the Code of the City of Redwood City <br />for the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970 only. <br />SECTION 7. REPEAL. Ordinance No. 1365, adopted June 24, <br />1968, and all ordinances amending said Ordinance No. 1365, and <br />resolutions authorizing or revising appropriations mentioned therein, <br />and all ordinances in conflict with the terms of this ordinance <br />to the extent of such conflict, are hereby repealed, effective <br />July I, 1969. <br />SECTION 8. BUDGETS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS NO. 1-64, <br />NO. 1-65, NO. 2-65 ~~D NO. 3-65. There are hereby adopted as the <br />budgets for General Improvement Districts No. 1-64, No. 1-65, No. <br />2-65, and No. 3-65, the budgets certified by the City Clerk and <br />City Manager, and so designated and included in the general City <br />budget adopted by paragraph 1 of this ordinance. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
