Section 36 of Ordinance No. 1382, entitled <br /> <br />"An Ordinance Establishing Salaries for Employees of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City; and, Repealing Ordinance No. 1286," adopted <br /> <br />December 16, 1968, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 36. Employees appointed to positions in the <br /> <br />following classifications shall receive compensation computed <br /> <br />in accordance with an annual salary in the below designated <br /> <br />dollar amounts: <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager <br /> <br />Chief Building Official <br /> <br />$21,000 <br />$ 12,800 <br />$16,000 <br />$ 17 , 500 <br />$ 20 , 600 <br />$20,200 <br />$19,600 <br />$15,700 <br />$20,000 <br />$17,500 " <br /> <br />Assistant to the City Manager <br /> <br />City Librarian <br /> <br />Director of Public Works <br /> <br />Fire Chief <br /> <br />Police Chief <br /> <br />Park superintendent <br /> <br />Planning Director <br /> <br />Recreation Director <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
