<br />S:E:CTION 8. <br /> <br />Section 27.60 of i:he Code of the City of Red\'100d <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 27.60 <br /> <br />Every application for the permit for <br /> <br />making a connection to a public sewer or sewer lateral <br /> <br />required by Section 27.21 shall be ac'companied by the <br /> <br />following connection fees applicable to premises located <br /> <br />in the designated areas; <br /> <br />"(a) A basic connection fee for any connection, whether <br />for an original connection or for a reconnect ion <br />resulting from the construction of a new structure: <br /> <br />Area A <br /> <br />$75 <br />$150 <br /> <br />Area B <br /> <br />"(b) For a connection serving any duplex, or two family <br />dwelling, an additional fee as follows: <br /> <br />Area A $45 <br /> <br />Area B $75 <br /> <br />" (c) For a connection serv ing any residentia 1 stru ct:ure <br />or group of residential structures on a building <br />site in one ownership, containinf} a total of more <br />than two dwelli.ng units, an addi.tional fee shall <br />be paid in accordance with the following schedule <br />for each unit in excess of two units: <br /> <br />3 through 10 dwelling units <br />Area A $35 for each uni Jc <br />Area B $75 for each unit <br />11 through 50 dwelling units <br />Area A $280 plus $25 for <br /> each unit over 10 <br /> <br />Area B <br /> <br />$600 plus $50 for <br />each unit over 10 <br /> <br />51 through 100 dwelling units <br /> <br />Area A <br /> <br />$1,280 plus $20 for <br />each unit over 50 <br /> <br />Area B <br /> <br />$2,600 plus $25 for <br />each unit over 50 <br /> <br />-6- <br />
