ORDINANCE AHENDING SECTION 2.34, REPEALING SEc'rrONS i5 AND 2.41.7, REPEALING ARTICLES I, II AND III, AND ADDING ARTICLES I, II, ILL AND IV TO, CHAPTER 38 OF THE CODE OF 'l~HE crrY OF REDWOOD CI'I'Y, RELATING '1'0 VV\TER HETER SERVICE CHARGES, WATER SERVICE CONNECTION FEES, l\.ND THE DEPOSIT OF REVENUES THEREFROH WHEREAS, the council of the city of Redwood city finds that the public interest and necessity require that certain rates, fees, and charges for water utility service be established for such service in certain areas hereinafter described within and outside the corporate limits of the city of Redwood city for use of the water system owned or operated by said city: and \~1EREAS, the aforesaid council finds that the rates, fees, and charges hereinafter set forth are reasonable and are required for the public interest and necessity: NOW, THEP~FORE, pursuant to authority granted by law to municipal corporations, and pursuant to the charter of the city of Redwood city, and further pursuant to the authority granted in Section J.30B of Ordinance No. 1128, adopted March 9, 19641 by the council of the city of Redwood city, and all amendments thereto, relating to the establishing of rates, charges and fees in general improvement dist.ricts, and acting as said council, and further acting as the Board of Directors of General Improve-. ment District No. 1-64 of the city of Redwood city: THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECJION~ In the event that certain proposed ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Repealing Sections 27.18 and 27.64, Amending Sections 2.34, 27.12, 27.12.1, 27.21, 27.21.1, 27.60, 27.61 and 27.63, Adding Section 27.2.1, and Adding Article VII to Chapter 27 of the code of the city of Redwood city, Relating to Monthly Charges for Sewerage Services, Sewer connection Fees r
