Minimum monthly rate, effective September 14, 2000-Eighteen <br /> Dollars Ninety-seven cents ($18.97), plus an additional monthly <br /> charge of Two Dollars Nine Cents ($2.09) per one hundred (100) <br /> cubic feet of waste or wastewater discharged or deposited into the <br /> sewerage facilities in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. <br /> 3. Restaurants: Food establishments where food is prepared and <br /> <br /> served on the premises and other similar classes of use: <br /> Minimum monthly rate, effective September 14, 2000-Eighteen <br /> Dollars Ninety-seven cents ($18.97), plus an additional monthly <br /> charge of Three Dollars Forty-eight Cents ($3.48) per one hundred <br /> (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater discharged or deposited <br /> into the sewerage facilities in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic <br /> feet. <br /> <br /> 4. Supermarkets: Markets with garbage grinders or other <br /> mechanical disposal systems in other similar classes of use: <br /> Minimum monthly rate, effective September 14, 2000-Eighteen <br /> Dollars Ninety-seven cents ($18.97), plus an additional monthly <br /> charge of Three Dollars Forty-six Cents ($3.46) per one hundred <br /> (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater discharged or deposited <br /> into the sewerage facilities in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic <br /> feet. <br /> <br /> 5.
