The total amount <br /> <br />of money to be raised by taxation upon the taxa.ble property withi.n <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City to provide revenue to meet the general <br /> <br />municipal expenses and to carryon the various departments of said <br /> <br />City for the fiscal year July 1, 1968-June 30, 1969; to pay the <br /> <br />interest and principal upon all of the outstanding bonded indebted- <br /> <br />ness of said City, due and becoming paya.ble during said fiscal YCla:c; <br /> <br />to maintain the public library of said City during said fiscal year; <br /> <br />and to provide funds for the City1s contribution to the retirement <br /> <br />plan voted at the municipal election on April 9, 1940; is hereby <br /> <br />fixed at the total sum of 1'\"0 Million, '1"'0 Hundred Eigh teen 'l'housand, <br /> <br />'I'wo Hundred Ninety Five and no/lOO ($2,218,295.00). <br /> <br />SEC'fIOt"L_?_. <br /> <br />REVENUE DE'fAII, AND DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The following general <br /> <br />and special tax rates for the areas hereinafter set forth are hereby <br /> <br />levied and fixed for the fiscal year July 1, 1968-June 30, 1969, <br /> <br />to raise the total revenues set forth in Section 1 hereof, and in <br /> <br />addition thereto the ~mounts hereinafter set forth for Parking <br /> <br />District No. 1 and General Improvement District No. 1-64, in the <br /> <br />amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: (a) One Hillion Six <br /> <br />Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Fro rand nO/100 <br /> <br />Dollars ($1,654,584.00) to m(;et the general municipa.l expenses <br /> <br />during said fiscal year and for deposit in the General Fund of <br /> <br />said City, and the general municipal tax rate therefor is hereby <br />
