May 4, 1964, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto, as said value has been established' in accordance with Ordinance No. 1290, adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on J~nuary 30, 1967.. (j) Three Hundred Fifty One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Eight and no/lOO Dollars ($351,938.00) for the payment of principal and interest on Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 Reclamation Bonds, Series A, for deposit on the Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 Reclamation Bond Principal and Interest Fund, and the special tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed at $4.8025 on each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable land within the limits of General Improvement District No. 1-64 as said district was established by Resolution No. 4274 adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on May 4, 1964, together with all territory thereafter annexed thereto, as said value has been established in accordance with Ordinance No. 1290, adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on January 30, 1967. SECTION 3.' BASIC TAX RATE. The total tax rate for the fiscal year July 1, 1968-June 30, 1969, upon each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of ,all taxable property within the territorial limits of the City of Redwood City, as said limits existed on the first Monday of March, 1968, excepting and ~xcluding all property situated within the following annexed territories: Leslie Annexation No.1, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 939 on August 14, 1959; Leslie Annexation No.2, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 940 on August 14, 1959; and Leslie Annexation No.3, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 941 on August 14, 1959; Edgewood Hills Annexation, annexed to said City by Ordinance No. 1245 on July 7, 1966; Sequoia Hospital Annexation, annexed to said City by Resolution No. 5321 on March 29, 1967; Canyon Road Annexation No.1, annexed to said City -6-
