<br />ORDl.NANCE <br /> <br />N O. /..36() <br /> <br />ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 44 AND AMENDING SECTION 39 <br />OF ORDINANCE NO. 1286, THE SALARY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, PERTAINING TO SALARY FOR POSITION OF <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. section 44 of Ordinance No. 1286, entitled <br /> <br />"An Ordinance Establishing Salaries for Employees of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City; and, Repealing sections 1 through 46, <br /> <br />of Ordinance No. 1232," adopted January 9, 1967, is hereby <br /> <br />repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. section 39 of Ordinance No. 1286, entitled <br /> <br />as aforesaid, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 39. The City Attorney shall receive <br /> <br />an annual salary of seventeen thousand five hundred <br /> <br />dollars ($17,500.00)." <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
