<br />DES.ek 5/2/68 <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />/M/ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SUM OF $3,100 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND FOR ACQUISITION <br />AND INSTALLATION OF GAS TANK FACILITIES AT FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />HEADQUARTERS STATION <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of three thousand one hundred dollars <br /> <br />($3,100) is hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted unappropriated <br /> <br />balance of the Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund to provide for the <br /> <br />acquisition and installation of new gas tank facilities at the <br /> <br />headquarters station of the Fire Department, to be used for <br /> <br />municipal purposes. Said sum shall be for expenditure during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968, and shall be in <br /> <br />addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the <br />fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
