<br />REG.ek 1/4/68 <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />N O. /,S~~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SUM OF $3,600 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SALES TAX CAPITAL EXPENDITURE FUND TO PROVIDE <br />FOR PURCHASE OF FURNITURE, FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT FOR <br />THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, STREETS AND STORM DRAINS; <br />AND, APPROPRIATING SUM OF $2,400 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND TO PROVIDE FOR <br />PURCHASE OF PARK DEPARTMENT VEHICLE <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of three thousand six hundred dollars <br /> <br />($3,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the Sales Tax Capital Expenditure Fund to provide for the pur- <br /> <br />chase of furniture, fixtures and equipment for the Department of <br /> <br />Public Works, Streets and Storm Drains. Said sum shall be for <br /> <br />expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968, <br /> <br />and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such pur- <br /> <br />poses during the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The sum of two thousand four hundred dollars <br /> <br />($2,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the Equipment Replacement Fund to provide for the purchase of <br /> <br />a pick-up truck for the Park Department. Said sum shall be for <br /> <br />expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968, <br /> <br />and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such pur- <br /> <br />poses during the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days <br /> <br />after its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
