<br />REG.ek 11/27/67 <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1~~9 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $4,000 FROM THE <br />UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF RESERVE FOR CONTINGENCIES <br />OF GENERAL FUND TO THE MUNICIPAL TRANSIT FUND FOR <br />THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING IN OPERATION A BUS SERVICE <br />IN REDWOOD CITY PENDING ESTABLISHMENT OF A MUNICIPAL <br />SYSTEM <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of four thousand dollars ($4,000) is <br /> <br />hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the <br /> <br />Reserve for Contingencies of the General Fund to the Municipal <br /> <br />Transit Fund appropriation for the purpose of maintaining in <br /> <br />operation in the City of Redwood City a bus service, pending <br /> <br />the establishment of a municipal transportation system. Said <br />sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, <br /> <br />1967-June 30, 1968, and shall be in addition to all sums <br /> <br />appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, <br /> <br />1967-June 30, 1968. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
