<br />DES: yc: 9/28/67 <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br /> <br />N O. 1~6/ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.16 OF ARTICLE I OF <br />CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />RELATING TO CLAIMS FOR TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES OF <br />OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION l. Section 2.l6 of Article I of Chapter 2 of the <br /> <br />Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />"section 2 .16 <br /> <br />For purposes of subsection (b) of <br /> <br />Section 2.15, an employee who is required to keep an <br /> <br />automobile available is one who is so designated by the <br /> <br />City Manager, who shall require proof of insurance covering <br /> <br />the claimant's liability arising out of the ownership, <br /> <br />maintenance or use of the motor vehicle used by the claimant, <br /> <br />with coverage limits at least equal to the financial res- <br /> <br />ponsibility requirements specified in Section l6059 of the <br />Vehicle Code of the State of California. Claims under <br /> <br />subsection (b) of Section 2.l5 shall not be submitted more <br /> <br />than once in any month. II <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
