<br />REG:eh 8/2/67 . <br />thV~1~(jJ <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E N O. <br /> <br />13.\3 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPROVING THE ANNEXATION rO THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN UNIN~lliBITED <br />TERRITORY DESIGNATED" LAKEVIEW WAY <br />NO. 1 ANNEXATION " <br />AND HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND HEREIN ANNEXING <br />SAID TERRITORY TO SAID CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REm-WOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the <br /> <br />19th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />, 1922-, <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Reowood City adopted Resolution <br /> <br />No. 5396 <br /> <br />giving notice of, and declaring its intention to, <br /> <br />initiate upon its own motion proceedings to annex to the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City all of the territory designated as <br /> <br />It <br /> <br />Lakeview Way No. 1 Annexation <br /> <br />It <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence showing, and <br /> <br />finds, that the proposal to annex said territory, \-lith descrip- <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />tion, was filed with the Local Agency Fonnation Commission of <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo, California, and that said commission <br /> <br />has prepared or caused to be prepared a report on said annexa- <br /> <br />tion, and that said commission has approved the annexation <br /> <br />and its boundaries as required by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has further rece ived evidence shm.,ing, <br /> <br />and has found, and again finds: <br /> <br />(1) That said territory is situate immediately adjacent to <br /> <br />and touches and is contiguous to the boundaries of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />adopt its Resolution No. <br /> <br />5396 <br /> <br />, 19~, this Council did <br />, entitled "Resolution of the <br /> <br />(2) That on <br /> <br />June 19 <br />
