<br />A parcel of land to be annexed to the City of Redwood City <br />comprising all of the lands contained in that certain map entitled <br />"The Purpose of this Map is a Reversion to Acreage of a Portion <br />of Highlands of Emerald Lake Subdivision FiV~, Recorded in Volume <br />15 of Maps at Pages 15 to 18, San !']ateo County, Californiall, <br />recorded in Volume 66 of Maps at Page 21 in the office of the <br />Recorder of San Mateo County, California, April 5, 1967; Lots <br />10 and 11 as designated on that certain map entitled "Tract No. 578 - <br />Lynda Lake Gardens, S8.n ~1ateo County, California" recorded in <br />Book 27 of Maps at Page 17 in the office of the Recorder of San <br />Mateo County, California, June 9, 1947; Lots 23 through 28, Block <br />502 as designated on that certain map entitled "Highlands of <br />Emerald Lake - Subdivision Five" recorded in Volume 15'of Haps at <br />Pages 15 through 18 in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo <br />County, California, January 19, 1927. All of the above lands being <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at an angle point in the boundary line of the <br />corporate limit line of the City of Redwood City as established by <br />Redwood City Ordinance No. 796 adopted April 18, 1955, said Point <br />of Beginning being also the most northerly corner of the corporate <br />limit line of the City of Redwood City as established by Redwood <br />City Ordinance No. 861 adopted June 3, 1957; THENCE from said Point <br />of Beginning along the northwesterly line of said last mentioned <br />annexation South 44000'1511 ~.rest a distance of 530.00 feet to the <br />most southerly corner of Lot 27, Block' 502 of said r'lap of "Highlands <br />of Emerald Lake - Subdivision Five", said point also being an <br />angle point in the northerly line of the corporate limit line of <br />the City of RedNood City, as establishe.i by Ordinance No. 973 <br />adopted August 1, 1960; THENCE along the said last mentioned <br />nor~herly corporate 1imi t line and along the south~'lesterly line <br />of Lots 23 through 27, Block 502 of said Map of "Highlands of <br />Emerald Lake - Subdivision Five", the following courses and <br /> <br />- 4 - <br />
