I / .L:J / v I ORDl.NANCE N O. /d~J.. -------. ~ ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SUMS OF $3,500 AND $4,020 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF BUDGETED RESERVES OF GENERAL FUND TO BUILDING REGULATIONS APPROPRIATION FOR MATERIALS, SUPPLIES AND SERVICES, AND ENGINEERING AND ADMINISTRATION APPROPRIATION FOR MATERIALS, SUPPLIES AND SERVICES, RESPECTIVELY; AND, APPROPRIATING ALL FUNDS RE~~INING IN SPECIAL DEPOSIT FUND ON JUNE 30, 1967 FOR PURPOSES SPECI- FIED IN SECTION 2.40 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDlV-OOD CITY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The sum of three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated ,balance of the Budgeted Reserves of the General Fund to the Building Regulations appropriation, materials, supplies and services account, for the purpose of the abatement and removal of sub- standard buildings and other structures. Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July l, 1967-June 30, 1968, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968. SECTION 2. The sum of four thousand twenty dollars ($4,020) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the Budgeted Reserves of the General Fund to the Engineering and Administration appropriation, materials, supplies and services account, for design work relating to improvement districts. Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such p~rposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968. SECTION 3. In addition to all other appropriations made of special fund balances by the 1967-l968 budget, all funds remaining in the special Deposit Fund on June 30, 1967, are hereby appropriated for the purposes specified in Section 2.40 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its adoption. * * *
