The findings of the Council shall be final and <br /> <br /> <br />conclusive and shall be served upon the applicant in the <br /> <br /> <br />manner prescribed above for service of notice of hearing. <br /> <br />liThe amount of any license tax finally determined as <br /> <br /> <br />provided in this section or section 32.125 shall be due and <br /> <br /> <br />payable as of the date the original license fee was due-and <br /> <br /> <br />payable, together with any penalties that may be due thereon; <br /> <br /> <br />provided, however, if the amount of such license tax shall <br /> <br />be fixed in accordance with the original statement of the <br /> <br /> <br />applicant, then no penalty shall attach by reason of any <br /> <br /> <br />delinquency. <br /> <br /> <br />"Section 32.127 For the purpose of this article, the <br /> <br /> <br />City Collector, his deputies and authorized agents, are <br /> <br /> <br />authorized to administer oaths. <br /> <br /> <br />"Division 4. Exemptions. <br /> <br /> <br />"Section 32.130 (a) The provisions of this article <br /> <br /> <br />shall not require the payment of a license tax to conduct, <br /> <br /> <br />manage, or carryon any business, occupation, or activity <br /> <br />from any institution or organization which is conducted, <br /> <br /> <br />managed, or carried on wholly for the benefit of charitable <br /> <br /> <br />purposes'and from which profit is not derived, either <br /> <br /> <br />directly or indirectly, by any individual. <br /> <br /> <br />"(b) The provisions of this article shall not require <br /> <br /> <br />the payment of a license tax for the conducting of any enter- <br /> <br /> <br />tainment, concert, exhibition, or lecture on scientific, <br /> <br /> <br />historical, literary, religious, or moral subjects within <br /> <br /> <br />the City whenever the receipts of any such entertainment, <br /> <br /> <br />concert, exhibition or lecture are to be appropriated to any <br /> <br /> <br />church or school or to any religious or benevolent purpose. <br /> <br />-13- <br />
