<br />per year. <br />"(d) Every person conducting, managing or carrying on <br />any concerts, lectures, motion pictures, indoor tennis <br />matches, theatrical performances, vaudeville performances <br />or any similar type of entertainment not otherwise specifi- <br />cally licensed hereunder, where an admission fee is charged, <br />shall pay an annual license tax of $50 for a building with <br />a seating capacity of one to 500 seats, $100 for a building <br />with a seating capacity of SOl to l,OOO seats, $l50 for a <br />building with a seating capacity of over l,OOO seats. <br />"(e) Every person conducting, managing or carrying on <br />the business of a drive-in theater shall pay an annual license <br />tax of $100 where there are fewer than 500 saleable car spaces, <br />$150 where :there are 500 to 1,000 such spaces, and $200 where <br />there are in excess of 1,000 such spaces. <br />"(f) Every person conducting, managing or carrying on a <br />riding academy where instructions in horseback riding are given, <br />or horses or oe1er animals are maintained for hire, and of a <br />feed or livery stable shall pay an annual license tax of $40. <br />"(g) Every person engaged in the business of operating <br />any place, including an auditorium, stadium or other similar <br />enclosure, to which the public is admitted, and an admission <br />fee is charged, and at which any boxing or wrestling match <br />or other type of exhibition is conducted, presented or <br />carried on, shall pay a license tax of $35 per day. <br />"Section 32.154 (a) Every person conducting, <br />managing or carrying on any arcade consisting of one general <br />enclosure in which is conducted the business of operating <br />or exhibiting a phonograph, projectorscope or any other <br />instrument, or machine of like character, or exhibiting, <br /> <br />-24- <br />
