<br />5/22/67 <br /> <br />and the payment of Two Dollars ($2.00). <br />II Section 32.116 All licenses must be kept and posted <br />in the following manner: <br />II (a) Any licensee transacting and carrying on business <br />at a fixed place of business in the City of Redwood City <br />shall keep the license posted in a conspicuous place upon <br />the premises where such business is carried on. <br />II (b) Any licensee transacting and carrying on business <br />but not operating at a fixed place of business in the City <br />of Redwood City shall keep the license upon his person at <br />all times while transacting and carrying on such business. <br />II (c) Any licensee to whom a license has been issued, <br />which license is determined by the number of vehicles used <br />by said licensee in the conduct of his business in this <br />City shall prominently display within each such vehicle a <br />sticker, device, sign or license facsimile provided by the <br />City Collector for identifying such business. <br />II Section 32.117 No refunds will be made on any amount <br />paid as a license tax, except in case of an error on the <br />part of the City of Redwood City in the determination of <br />the amount of the license tax, in the event of double <br />payment for a license, in Case of an illegally-collected <br />license tax, or as provided in Section 32.110. <br />IIDivision 3. Administration. <br />II Section 32.120 Every person required to have a <br />license under the provisions of this article shall make <br />application for the same to the City Collector of the City <br />of Redwood City. Such application shall be a written state- <br />ment upon a form provided by such Collector and shall be <br />written by the applicant under penalty of perjury, or sworn <br />to by the applicant before a person authorized to administer <br /> <br />-9- <br />
