4/24/00 <br /> 18.247.26 "Single Dwellir~Jnit" means a Dwelling Unit in a D ._~,lopment that has a <br /> <br /> land use density of between one (1) and fifteen (15) Dwelling Units per <br /> acre, irrespective of whether the Dwelling Unit is detached or attached to <br /> other units. For example, a mobile home is a Single-Dwelling Unit. <br /> <br /> 18.247.27 "Site-Related Improvements" are Capital Improvements and right-of-way <br /> dedications for direct access to, and/or for traffic circulation within, a <br /> Development. Direct access improvements include, but are not limited to, <br /> the following: <br /> <br /> a. Access roads leading to the Development; <br /> b. Driveways and roads within the Development; <br /> c. Acceleration and deceleration lanes and right- and left-turn lanes <br /> <br /> leading to such roads and driveways; <br /> <br /> d. Traffic-control measures for such roads and driveways; and <br /> <br /> e.
