Section 3.109 of said Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 3.109 (a) Every combination sign constructed '. partially above the roof of a building or structure shall comply with the requirements of Section 3.105. II (b) Every combination sign partially supported by poles anchored in the ground or directly upon the ground shall comply with the requirements of Section 3.100." SECTION 12. Section 3.121 of said Code is hereby amended to read as follows: .. Section 3.121 No sign, except those signs described in Section 3.84,' shall be permitted in any RH, R-l,or R-2 zoning district. IINo sign, except (a) those signs described in Section 3.84 and (b) a single sign for each street frontage not exceeding four square feet in area and denoting only the name of a building or the names and prOfessions of the occupants of a bUilding, shall be permitted in any RG, R-3, R-4, R-S or AG zoning district. The sign permitted by (b), with respect to apartment houses containing more than four dwelling units, may be increased to a maximum area of 30 square fee t. II SECTION 13..
