<br />or its enforcement. <br />II (f) The grantee is subject to all requirements of <br />this Code, rules, regulations and specifications of the City <br />heretofore or hereafter enacted or established, including, <br />but not limited to, those concerning street work, street <br />excavations, use, removal and relocation of property within <br />a street, and other street work. <br />II (g) carrier facilities for CATV system installed <br />pursuant to a franchise granted under this article shall <br />make maximum use of existing public utility lines, poles <br />and equipment. Additional lines, poles or equipment may be <br />permitted as specifically authorized in the franchise to <br />the grantee. <br />II (h) In the event of any conflict of use of public <br />utility lines, poles and equipment between a grantee under <br />this article and any public agency, the use of the public <br />agency shall take precedence over that of the grantee. <br />Public agency uses as used herein shall include but not be <br />limited to lines and appurtenant equipment and materials <br />placed or installed as part of a fire alarm or police alarm <br /> <br />system.
