<br />4/26/6 '7 <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />N O. /3();;J <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SE crIONS 30.15 AND 30.16 OF <br />CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, RELATING TO EXCAVATIONS. <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 30.15 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />I <br />"Section 30.15 Tentative maps of the subdivision of <br /> <br />any land into five or more lots shall contain the following <br />l'nformation: <br /> <br />II (a) The subdivision name or number, date, north point, <br /> <br />scale and sufficient description to define the location and <br />boundaries of the proposed subdivision. <br />II (b) Name and addre s s of re cord owne r or owners. <br />" (c) Name and address of the subdivider. <br /> <br />lI(d). Name, business address and number of the registered <br />i <br />I <br />engineer or lfcensed surveyor who prepared the map of the <br />subdivision. I . <br />II (e) The location, names, widths and approvimate grades <br />! <br /> <br />of all roads, ~treets, highways a~d alleys and ways in the <br />I <br />proposed subdivision to be offered for dedication. <br /> <br />II (f) The locations, names and existing widths and <br /> <br />approxi.mate grades of all adjoining and contiguous highways, <br />I i <br />streets and ways. <br /> <br />"(g) The I approximate widths, location and purpose of <br /> <br />all existing or proposed easements in the subdivision and <br />I : <br />along the boundaries thereof. <br />! <br /> <br />II (h) Approximate lot layout and approximate dimensions <br /> <br />of each lot, each lot to be numbered. <br /> <br />II (i) The outline of any existing buildings to remain <br /> <br />in place and their locations in relation to existing or <br />
