RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING ENGINEERING <br /> AND DESIGN SERVICES <br /> <br /> (WlLSEY HAM) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the completion of the <br />reconstruction of Roosevelt Avenue in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting engineering and design services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Wilsey Ham of Foster City, California, represents that it possesses <br /> <br />the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Engineering and Design Services" (form dated 10/04/00), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Wilsey Ham for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-1011 1 <br />FXS:djk <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />10/04/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
