However, there is not enough budget remaining to complete the P.S. & E. <br /> <br /> This is because of the following work which was requested by the City: <br /> · An analysis of the existing drainage system was requested. This enabled the City <br /> to utilize the existing main drainage system with a considerable amount of <br /> savings to the project. <br /> · A separate set of plans was requested for the grading and drainage sheets. This <br /> amounted to additional drafting time but provided greater clarity in the plans. <br /> <br /> Because of this work we are requesting that the contract amount be extended by $10000 from the <br /> present amount ors 117,700 to 127,700. This will include changes to the parking stall radii. <br /> <br /> You may approve this request by signing both copies of this document and returning one to us for <br /> our use, or by the issuance ofa P.
