<br />SECTION 2. The amendments to Ordinance No. 1286 provided <br /> <br />for herein shall be operative as follows: <br /> <br />(a) Sections 26 and 29 of Ordinance No. 1286 as amended <br />in Section 1 hereof shall ]Je operative from and <br />after April 1, 1967. <br /> <br />(b) Section 46 of Ordinance No. 1286 as amended in <br />Section 1 hereof shall be operative retroactively <br />to and including January 1, 1967. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
