<br />REG:ek 11/14/66-7 <br /> <br />ORD.lNANCE <br /> <br />1'1 o. ldo'! <br /> <br />ORDINilliCE AUTHORIZING IMPROVEMENT OF CHESTNUT PARK <br />AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $7,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BAL1U'lCE OF SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND THEREFOR <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REm-WOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br /> <br />FOLLO~'vS : <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The detailed estimates for the improvement of <br /> <br />Chestnut Park as submitted by the Park Department pursuant to <br /> <br />Section 67 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, as presently <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved and <br /> <br />said department is authorized to perform such work. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The sum of seven thousand dollars ($7,000) is <br /> <br />hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the <br /> <br />Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund for the purpose of improving Chestnut <br /> <br />Park, including the installation of landscaping, paving, playground <br /> <br />equipment, sprinklers and related items. Said sum shall be for <br /> <br />expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1966-June 30, 1967, <br /> <br />and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such pur- <br /> <br />poses during the fiscal year July 1, 1966-June 30, 1967. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
